2. Website hosting and security

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technical access data, including IP address, access time, requested file, browser and operating system information, are processed to deliver the website and maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies, tracking or embedded maps, social media or reservation widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website. When you close the cookie notice, the setting antichi-cookie-notice-v1 is stored locally in your browser. It contains the time of acknowledgement, is checked again after six months and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it through your browser settings or reopen the notice using “Cookie notice” in the footer. Storage of this expressly requested preference is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data are involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact by phone or email

When you contact us, we process your contact details and enquiry to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or reservation enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. We delete the data once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

5. External links

Reservations and orders open external DISH services. We also link to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the previous menu hosted by DISH. These services load only when you follow the links; no corresponding widgets load automatically. The respective provider then processes data under its own privacy policy. Please read that policy before entering personal information.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please use the contact details above.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
